The simple things that make me smile.

Hi my name is George from Accra, the capital city of Ghana. I am part of this summer 2013 short term staff also known as Pinkies. This is my first time in Switzerland, and KISC. Even though it is my first time at KISC, I cant believe what is going on here. I work in the campsite department.  I think this is a great place to be for your next summer.  At the campsite we the staff are always happy pinkies, because seeing things that go on here everyday. Scouts come from different counties and cultures, speaking different languages, they arrive with colorful tents, making great pioneering constructions, and do recycling. As part of my duties I get to drive a tractor, and it was my first time driving a tractor. I have also hiked in snow and on a glacier, and been on hikes in the mountains. These are amazing things to me if I think about all these things it makes me smile. Also remember these two things: a scout smiles and whistles under all difficulties and also remember to be happy because you never know who is falling in love with your smile. Being at KISC is a great experience and privilege to me. Scouting creates a better world.
